Serves as the CEO of the Health Corporation, situated near the Poriya Medical Center.
Previous positions:
Administrative Director, Fliman Hospital, Haifa (2003-2007), Administrative Deputy-Director, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Hadera (1996-2003), acted as Security Officer, Central and Southern Districts, Ministry of Health (1995-1996), "Bnei Zion" Medical Center, Haifa (1988-1995). He also served in the Prime Minister's Office - Ministry of Defense (1983-1988).
In addition, Mr. Sabah is an IDF reserve Colonel, acting as the Northern District Deputy Commander (Division), Home Front Command.
During his service, Mr. Sabah participated in IDF rescue missions sent to Turkey, India and the Versailles Wedding Hall.
As Administrative Director of the Medical Center, Mr. Sabah is in charge of all Center administrative and housekeeping services at all times, is involved in policy-making, which includes the development of new services provided by the Medical Center, oversight of development and infrastructure tasks, including Center construction works, administrative oversight of employment policies (of various sources), intake of employees, their assignment and profession training, disciplinary management and oversight of the Center's Incentive Program, implementation of Salary Agreements for each sector.
